The olive oil “Epos” is the highest quality Extra Virgin olive oil with an authentic taste of olives harvested in the area of Kalamata – Messenia, the southernmost part of the Peloponnese peninsula – Greece. It is made from the variety of Koroneiki olives that have the best characteristics to obtain the highest quality olive oil with excellent taste.
The “royal” type, the smallest olive variety Kalamata, known as Koroneiki, is really the best variety for making olive oil.
Epos Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from the first cold pressing of the olives.
